What’s on Your Radar is a visual prioritisation exercise in which items are placed closer to or farther from the centre according to importance, immediacy or relevance. It helps participants compare perspectives and agree focus areas.

How to use this tool

    Define the question and meaning of each radar zone.

  2. Gather the relevant items

    Gather the relevant items or issues.

  3. Position the items

    Ask participants to position the items.

  4. Agree your focus areas

    Compare perspectives and agree focus areas.
